A.P.O.S

what’s different about a.p.o.s?

A.P.O.S is our autonomous point of sale software, the first of a new generation of POS systems that digitally identifies every drink served by brand, quantity, price, sales total and server ID.

When A.P.O.S is linked to our intelligent bar and cellar components, the system automatically collects data for every single transaction carried out to provide a live view of how your business is performing. In actual fact, the intelligent components communicate with A.P.O.S 4 times a second – giving you real-time accurate data day and night!

And there’s so much more…

When replenishing sold stock, the equivalent stock removed from storage must balance in description and quantity with those items being replaced. Any discrepancies are identified and reported.

Real-time data is continuously being fed into the central data base and because it’s cloud-base you’ll have access to it where ever and whenever you need it.

Line cleaning is programmable and automated outside of service hours.

The system monitors product temperature to ensure quality is maintained.

When products are sold, or removed from back of house storage for re-stocking, they are automatically identified by description and quantity and linked to the person undertaking the sale or transfer.

It notifies staff before a keg is empty, when a product is going out of date and it highlights slow-moving products too. It also provides staff attendance and productivity data.
