Our Mobile Bars

Whether you run a pub, restaurant, hotel or any hospitality venue, a mobile self-service bar could be a great asset for your business.

Our mobile bars have been designed to not only look sleek and elegant but to also have the same smart technology as our SmartBars system. So, whenever the mobile bar is replenished from the cellar, or a drink is poured or taken from the fridge, all transactions will be instantly recorded using our autonomous point of sale (A.P.O.S) software.

We have a range of bar options that can be tailored to your needs. Whether you’d like to offer wine only, beer only or a full bar, the choice is yours.  And what’s more, the bars have been configured so that customers and staff can serve themselves from both sides of the bar – helping to manage social distancing and reducing lengthy queues at the bar.

How IT works?

Unique identities are set up within the Beverlecs system which will be identified by a Smart Key fob personalised to a customer or server. The Smart Key enables access to the bar and it also makes sure that every transaction is accurately recorded in the central database.

A customer will need to open an account online so that when they arrive at the venue they can be issued with a unique Smart Key linked to their personal account. Every drink they serve themselves will automatically be deducted from their account.

POUR YOUR OWN IN 5 SIMPLE STEPS

  1. Scan the Smart Key to allow access to the bar
  2. Place your glass in front of the correct tap
  3. Select the drink required
  4. An accurate measure will automatically be poured
  5. The transaction is recorded via A.P.O.S and the customers’ account debited
