Our A.P.O.S software
Unlike traditional EPOS systems that only record sales data based on manual input from memory, our autonomous point of sale (A.P.O.S) software automatically collects data for every single transaction carried out, to provide a live and accurate view of how your business is performing.
A.P.O.S is the first of a new generation of POS systems that digitally identifies every drink poured or bottle served by brand, quantity, price, sales total and server ID. And this information is continuously fed into the cloud-based system.
As well as accounting for drinks poured our system also intelligently knows exactly where stock is 24/7, which means time-consuming stock auditing is history.
OUR INTELLIGENT BAR COMPONENTS
Our flow-control dispensers have been designed to integrate with existing beer lines, draught wine fonts, fridges and provide like-for-like replacement of optics. And it’s this technology when linked with A.P.O.S that allows SmartBars to account for all authorised drinks served.
When your bar is fitted with our flow control dispensing components, all dispensers are disabled and can only be enabled by a member of staff who holds a valid Smart Key.
Working in a bar that has SmartBars technology will massively improve efficiencies and therefore give bar staff more time to deliver exceptional customer service. They’ll also have peace of mind that all drinks they serve are automatically priced and displayed for both them and their customers to see on the integrated Smart Screen – reducing risk of human error, stock inaccuracies and keeping a log of their personal sales data.
OUR CELLAR EQUIPMENT
Our Beverlecs cellar equipment provides a modular shelving system which actively recognises the presence of stock as it is placed into pre-assigned locations. All goods delivered are electronically weigh-checked as they are placed in the cellar, immediately updating the A.P.O.S software. The SmartBars technology cleverly identifies volume, quantity, product type and brand, based upon location.
When removing stock to replenish front-of-house fridges and mobile bars, or even replacing kegs in the cellar, the information is automatically adjusted. This real time data provides immediate auditing capabilities and simplifies the role of the stock taker.
Our self-service bar could be a great asset for your business. It uses the same unique technology designed for SmartBars but with the added benefit of customers being able to serve themselves – and it’s cashless!
Again, you can configure this bar to your own requirements depending on whether you’d like it to hold beer only, wine only or all beverages. Or maybe you’d only need to offer the most popular brands – either way, the choice is yours.
The cashless bar has been designed so that customers can serve themselves from both sides of the bar – therefore helping to effectively manage social distancing and also reducing the number of customers requiring table service.
