THE CELLAR EQUIPMENT

Our cellar equipment provides a modular shelving system with integrated sensors and microchips, which actively recognises the presence of stock as it is placed into pre-assigned locations.

All goods delivered are electronically weigh-checked as they are placed in the cellar, immediately updating the A.P.O.S software.  The software cleverly identifies volume, quantity, product type and brand, based upon location.

When removing stock to replenish front-of-house fridges and mobile bars, or even replacing kegs in the cellar, the information is automatically adjusted. The real-time data provides immediate auditing capabilities and simplifies the role of the stock taker.
